From your post, I understand that your meeting went quite smoothly and you had managed to stick to agenda and in fact, accomplish more. That’s nice.<br /><br />However, as you had mentioned, you should’ve definitely looked up to show people that you are listening. Also otherwise, it might appear to them that you are not interested. And rocking back and forth in your chair would’ve made it look like you are being too easy about the meeting and is very unprofessional. Good that you have noticed these things yourself. I suppose you should practice sitting upright with proper eye contact.
